A starter repo concept based on the Harcourt Labs brutalist visual language, packaged as a reusable foundation rather than a portfolio clone.

This remains a placeholder until the public starter repo exists. The app keeps the route and content shape ready without pretending the asset has shipped.

The eventual starter should be a design-system foundation for portfolios, stores, dashboards, and public tools, not a direct portfolio clone.
